B : Nut/Bean/ Seed/Fruit oil Production Line with Screw oil press machine
 
Due to the limity of production quantity and technic, the line with hydraulic oil expeller can't be widely applied on all materials. So the line with screw oil expeller was creat by us.washing machine, separator,cutting machine or shredder, roaster will pretreat the nut, bean,seed or fruit, then lifter will transfer the materials to oil expeller for extruding, the residual will be transfered to another oil expeller for second time extruding and the oil will be filtered for three time by three equipments.
olive fruit, cocoa beans, walnut, coconut,avocado, palm fruit are also suitable for screw oil expeller that with low speed. The production quantity is bigger than hydraulic oil expeller, at same time the investing cost also lower than the latter.the common materials like peanut, soyban,rapeseed,sesame,sunflowers,pumpkin seeds, pine seeds,grape seeds, corn,flex seed, castor seed, seeds from flowers and herbal are also godd for processing.

Avocado oil is produced from the fruit (avocado) of the avocado tree. Avocado oil is pressed from the fleshy pulp surrounding the avocado pit, making it one of the few edible oils not derived from seed. This pulp produces an oil full of healthy fats, including oleic acid and essential fatty acids.

When an oil reaches its smoke point, the structure of the oil begins to break down, nutrients are lost, flavor is changed and most dangerously, compounds can be created that are damaging to your health. Avocado oil's high smoke point make it a top choice in your kitchen every day of the week.

Additionally, I've mentioned before that you absolutely must stop using genetically modified canola oil and other highly processed and rancid oils like soybean, cottonseed and safflower oils. Avocado oil's high level of monounsaturated fat make it a heart-nourishing replacement for these hazardous yet commonly consumed oils.

the fresh avocado firstly should be washed to remove dust and other foreign materials.
then the avocado is cut to be cube for easily pressing, so one kind of special cutting machine will do this work.
the meat and kernel usually are cut together for pressing.
the mature fruit will supply high oil yield, but any degenerative fruit should be seek out before washing.
three time filtering will help the customer to get high quality avocado oil.
this line is done without any chemical measures or add any additive.health, green and safe.
hydraulic oil press machine is also suitable for avocado oil extraction, however, the capacity is very small, also the degree of automation is limited.
to collect high quality avocado oil, we usually advise the customers to press the fruit for only one time, however, there is at least 15-18% oil content in the residual, so if you need, you can put the residual into hopper of the oil press machine for second time pressing, but never mix the oil with that from first time.

What is the oil yield?
The oil yield depends on oil content of your material.If the oil content of your material is high,you can get more essential oil. The oil residual of our small6YY-320 cold press hydraulic oil press machine /olive oil press /small coconut oil extraction machine, cold press virgin coconut/avocado/olive oil extraction extracting machine  is 1%
Can I use the machine to extract several kinds of raw materials?
Yes,of course. such as sesame, sunflwoer seeds, soybean, peanunt, coconut, etc
Can I do extraction test with my own raw material?
Yes,of course.We can do extraction test and send you videos and test report for your Reference.
